Operation Process

Vacuum Skin Vaccum Packaging Machine is a widely used packaging equipment in commercial and industrial fields, mainly used for visual display protection and shock protection of products. The operation steps for its use roughly include several key steps, such as installing the film, placing packaging items, heating and softening the adhesive film, vacuuming, and sealing. The following are detailed usage steps:

Installation of Film: Firstly, install the film onto the film holder, ensuring that the film is properly stretched and secured to avoid adhesion or breakage during subsequent operations.

Place Packaging Items: Place the items to be packaged on the prepared tray, and then place the tray into the vacuum chamber of the vacuum packaging machine.

Heating Softening Adhesive Film: The adhesive film is heated and softened by a heating device so that it can tightly adhere to the packaging item.

Vacuuming: Start the vacuum pump to evacuate the vacuum chamber to remove the air around the packaged items and create a vacuum state.

Sealing: When the film holder drops to the lower point controlled by the limit switch, the vacuum pump stops pumping, and sealing operation can be performed at this time. When sealing, attention should be paid to maintaining appropriate temperature and time to ensure that the seal is firm and does not damage the packaging.

Complete Packaging: After sealing, remove the packaged items from the vacuum packaging machine to complete the entire packaging process.

Precautions to Be Taken During Operation

Ensure that the pallets or cardboard used have good rigidity to support the packaged items.

The ink and adhesive used should have good thermal stability and adhesion strength to ensure a firm bond between the adhesive film and the packaging item and the bottom plate.

Before use, the equipment should be preheated to ensure that the heating plate reaches the set temperature.

For food packaging, it is generally stored by refrigeration, as food packaged in body to body packaging is not suitable for heat sterilization.
